Genovo Updates and Enhancements

Here’s a summary of the updates and enhancements we’ve applied to the Genovo suitability report app.

Introduction	Client Background Client Objectives Existing Provision	We've noticed that users are inserting details of the client's objectives and existing plans in the Client Background step instead of the Client Objectives and Existing Provision steps. We've edited the instruction text to clarify the expected content of each step.
Investment Recommendation	Trust	A text box has been added so you confirm the reason why no trust has been recommended.
Protection Recommendation	Trusts	A text box has been added so you confirm the reason why no trust has been recommended.
Investment Strategy	Attitude to Risk	A text box has been added so you can further elaborate on the risk profiling process you have used with your clients.
Pension Review	Benefits & Features	A text box has been added so you can provide further information regarding any of the benefits and features.
Protection Review	Benefits & Features	As above.
Retirement Planning Recommendation	Plan Features	As above.
Protection Recommendation	Plan Features (Life)	As above.
Protection Recommendation	Plan Features (Income)	As above.
Protection Recommendation	Plan Summary	A Policy Holder field has been added.

Please remember the changes we make to the report template will only take effect in your reports automatically if the Genovo version of the snippet is selected as active in your Report Content Manager (it is by default).  For more information about the Report Content Manager and updating of snippets check out our knowledge base.

Checkbox clicking	All section wizards	We've implemented a new mechanism which has significantly improved the responsiveness of the Advice Options and Advice Reasons checkboxes.
Checkboxes	All section wizards	We know how annoying it's been that on clicking a checkbox the page has jumped back to the top due to a refresh and we've implemented a solution to overcome this.
General Performance	The app	To be honest we've been rather caught on the hop by the level of interest and the number of users who've signed up. This has resulted in some bottlenecks - sorry. We've identified the problem, implemented some modifications to improve the overall performance of the app, and we will continue to review this.
